We met working in tourism and hospitality — two different paths that led to the same realization: the travel industry was full of beautiful places, but often missing the personal touch that makes a trip unforgettable.
So we created the experience we always wished existed. One guide, one group, one genuine connection — built around curiosity, warmth, and an honest love for this city.
With over 10 years of experience guiding travellers across multiple countries, Agustina has a gift for turning a simple walk into a story worth remembering. Her approach is warm, intuitive, and deeply attentive — she reads what each group needs and shapes the experience around it, not the other way around.
With more than 4 years of guiding experience and a solid background in business, Hugo brings structure and care to every detail behind the scenes — while still being just as passionate about the city on the ground. He believes a great tour is equal parts good planning and genuine spontaneity.
